After checking in at 7am Friday morning, and a long day of waiting and laboring, we discovered that Isaiah could not make his journey because of his awkward position and had to be delivered via c-section. It was a disappointment to have 3 normal deliveries, and make it so far with this one and end up with a c-section, but it was a necessary decision. He was pretty sore and bruised up from trying to force his way through.
The family is all home now, recovering, and getting to know one another. Thank you to all of you who have prayed and helped out over the last few days, and to those who are continuing to help us adjust to home life with a new little one by helping around the house and bringing meals. From the wonderful staff at Adventist Hospital, to our awesome doctor, and to our family and friends. We are blessed and grateful.
